With tooth whitening gel the results you get are the same regardless of strength - higher strengths just work quicker.
However, the higher the strength, the greater chance of sensitivity and gum irritation - therefore we recommend trying lower strengths first, as it's better to use a tooth whitening gel that is comfortable yet mild than to not use one that isn't!
