Using boil-and-bite bleaching trays, a teardrop amount of teeth whitening gel is applied to the inner front surface of the tray.

Depending on whether or not you have whitened before and the concentration of the bleach, the wearing time of the tray can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours a day for up to a week.

According to the team, when compared to orange juice the hydrogen peroxide did not lead to any significant changes in the hardness of surface enamel.

Love this product, I have pretty sensitive so I purchased the 10% and I felt next to none discomfort. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the whitest and 1 being yellow) my teeth were at about a 4 when I started. I used it every other day for a week and after the 3rd day my teeth were easily at a 9, and I only used 1 syringe. I kept the other syringes in the fridge to help pro long the life of the whitening gel and i touch up about once a month. I had know idea how much of a difference having white teeth makes you feel and look, and its so simple. Just thought I would share my opinion with everyone. Hope it helps.
